Durian Shake at Iliganon Cafe & Restobar in Pala-o, Iligan City, Philippines

It was before our Pilates Yoga Session at Aerobic Jazz Fit Dance & Fitness Studio we were walking around Iligan City to burn the many food we ate earlier when we passed by Iliganon Cafe & Restobar at Quezon Ave. Extension. Since I have been missing their Durian Shake due to my last visit to Iligan being many years ago, we decided to try it out before I become too busy again to try it.

Yakulit Shake of Bona’s Chaolong in Puerto Princesa, Palawan

When I first dined in Bona’s Chaolong I did not have a good time with their Yakult Shake. But circumstances lead me to order it again.

On my visit to Bona’s Chaolong last August 27, 2013 I was already full from our lodge’s breakfast, but when Jherson arrived we just had to bring him to Bona’s Chaolong before his flight our of Puerto Princesa. Along with Lai, we went almost immediately.

I did not want to order anything but since I do not want to be the one just sitting there while they both are munching and sipping food I had to order. I wanted a fruit smoothie but what they only have is the Yakult Shake. So I reluctantly ordered and paid 30 Pesos for it.

It was different from my first try of the drink. It now was inside a metal glass and it now had a texture of almost liquid but the ice was still there.

When I sipped it, now I could really taste the the Yakult! And it was great!

Perfect for the Tuna French Bread that Lai ordered. Yes, I took one. 😛

I think the difference now is that they put on more Yakult. And I loved it’s texture, the almost liquid but the ice was still there. It was now perfect for the Chaolong Noodle Soup and the French Bread.
