My brother was celebrated his birthday yesterday and we decided that we should try dining at Lilac. So he checked who among the restaurants in Lilac has the best rating and Miguel & Maria showed up. We booked an Uber and headed to Miguel & Maria.
When we arrived there was a staff waiting for us as we go down. He opened the doors of the vehicle and ushered us to the entrance. From there he told us to go inside since there were still a lot of seats vacant. Continue reading Miguel & Maria in Lilac Street, Marikina
We were at Ayala Centrio Mall and we were hungry. We wanted something that was familiar but not that familar to us and that’s when we saw Bonchon. I only get to eat Bonchon when I am in Manila during family gatherings because of their Big Box Chicken Wings but this we were only a few persons so Big Boxes were out of the question.
That was when I saw the K-Style Chops Boxed Meal of Bonchon. I have already tried their chicken wings let me try the Chops.
The servings size of this chicken fillet was enough for a 155 Pesos meal I even ordered extra rice which was a good decision. Continue reading Chops of Bonchon in Ayala Centrio Mall, Cagayan de Oro
When we were having coffee in Dark Roast in Iligan City we spotted the Orange Claw and we were curious on what it can offer. From the outside the ambience seems very nice so when an opportunity to have dinner with family occured we decided to try Orange Claw.
The Orange Claw is located at The Strip in Iligan City. This is also where Calda Pizza is located.
We waited inside The Strip for the others to arrive. When we received the message that they were near we proceeded to walk to Orange Claw. We passed by Delecta which was packed with people dining, when we entered Orange Claw there were not much people. We can’t help but ask why. Continue reading Orange Claw in The Strip, Iligan City

I have been ordering the usual Rosu or Hire Katsu Set from Yabu in SM Megamall for quite some time now. Though I do love the Rosu and Hire, this time I wanted to try something new, that was when I saw the Deluxe Seafood Mixed Set.
I did have second thoughts of ordering it since it costs 595 Pesos for a single order. But seeing that it includes a diversified seafoods such as Prawn, Salmon, Oyster and Cream Dory with refillable Japanese Rice, Miso Soup, Cabbage and Fruits my gastronomic brain made the decision. So I ordered it with a can of regular Coca-Cola. Continue reading Deluxe Seafood Mixed Set by Yabu in SM Megamall
I never paid much attention to Heramis Lechon during my month long stay here in El Nido, Palawan since I know it would be too much to eat a whole roasted chicken. But after days and days of eating pork and fish, I was finally craving for chicken.
I went to Hermis Lechon thinking that I would end up eating a whole chicken. It turns out that they have meals with rice that is good for 1 person.
I ordered their Chicken Barbecue (75 Pesos/piece) and 2 cups of rice (15 Pesos/cup). And since I was in the mood for sugary drinks I also ordered coke in can (35 Pesos/can).

We were flying out of Cebu City after our almost 2 weeks of travel there. I was not expecting anything interesting to find at Mactan Airport predeparture area. I just needed a table and a seat for me to catch up with work while we wait for our flight.
It turns out that there are not many tables in Mactan Airport. Luckily, we saw another person who was on the seats and has a table. When I checked the table it turns out that Tablea Chocolate Cafe offers this. I needed to work so we went to the counter and we had to order something even if we are not looking for anything.
We asked the lady at the counter what was their best seller and she quickly pointed out to the sign in front of us. The sign says “Puto Maya with Fresh Mangoes with your choice of chocolate drink” for 135 Pesos per order. We decided that we will have that. That day we were not sure where we would go to sit down and spend time. We were planning to head to Gaisano Mall, but when we passed by Tedts Diner we decided to quickly try this place out due to friends highly recommending this place.
The store was renovated compared to the previous year that I have visited Iligan. It was now bigger and more spacious which is really good.
We ordered coffee (35 Pesos) and selected cupcakes from their many collections of yummy tasting cupcakes – Mango, Matcha and Dark Chocolate (25 Pesos/each). Continue reading Cupcakes and Coffee at Tedts’ Diner in Iligan City, Philippines
